"A Heartbreaking Experience for Parents"
We faced a truly terrible situation that no parent should ever have to go through. We lost our daughter, who had a storage unit at Cabazon storage in NM. Debbie was incredibly empathetic and assisted us in getting everything sorted out. It would have been a real nightmare if she hadn't been there to help us. Thanks a ton, Debbie, for everything you do.

"Awesome New Place and Introductory Offers"
Overall, things are looking pretty good. The team here is fantastic. However, I've got a problem with the main door to get into my unit not functioning, and there are no lights in the storage units themselves.

"Great new place and helpful team"
Awesome spot, tidy and nice amenities; a proper bathroom available - not just a Porto-Potty! It would be great if new clients could get a bit more time to learn how to use the lock instead of waiting until the very end and only showing it outside. A demo in the office would be helpful. I nearly ended up parked in front of my garage door all night since I couldn't secure my door because the sheet metal on it wouldn't slide. Please make an effort to return phone calls. Thanks!

The folks at Redmond are really polite and, crucially, they understand their stuff. Signing up was a breeze and didn’t take much time at all. The place is sparkling clean and well-lit. I’ve never had to wait for a cart when I get there.
